Workshops / Awaydays

Our sessions use traditional Afro-Cuban music, dance and song to stress co-operation, team building,  independence / interdependence and visualisation of goals. We play and teach the interlocking rhythms, as well as the accompanying songs and dances; some seem simple, some fiendishly challenging! , but all require supreme teamwork and individual assurance of purpose to master.

Performances

Grupo Ase present a repertoire of Rumba and Bembe, with drumming , dance and song.
